Product process Technology Manager

Job requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, mechatronics, electrochemistry, chemistry, polymer materials;
2. Cet-4, good reading and writing skills; Proficient in OFFICE, CAD, MINITAB and other tools;
3. Familiar with the design of chip capacitors, familiar with the five product development tools (APQP, PPAP,FEMA, CP, MSA), familiar with industry standards, systems, product characteristics and process technology application knowledge, familiar with 8D analysis, etc;
4. 5 years or more working experience in product development or project management, working experience in capacitor industry or whole machine factory is preferred; Engineer title is preferred, overseas work experience is preferred;
5. Willing to accept challenges, strong ability to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability, flexible problem-solving ideas, good team spirit and management ability.
Job responsibility
1. Pay attention to industry trends and customer needs, reasonably plan capacitor development and function planning, and promote the implementation of chip capacitor functions;
2. Put forward constructive opinions on the long-term development strategy of the chip capacitor, assist the relevant market research, and provide the corresponding basis for the company's decision-making level;
3. Pay attention to the chip capacitance data, customer research and feedback, participate in the identification of new materials, and continue to optimize;
4. Responsible for the functional design of the chip capacitor, and promote the continuous improvement of the reliability of the chip capacitor;
5. Plan and manage the project schedule, promote the technical realization and achievement transformation of the project, and control the quality and efficiency of the project implementation;
6. Guide and manage chip capacitor development engineers, establish high-quality, high-quality team;
7. Leading to deal with daily process and technical problems in the production site.
